USS Constitution and Museum
On our last trip walking along the Freedom Trail in Boston, one stop we definitely had to make was at the USS Constitution and Museum. The USS Constitution, launched in 1797, and today located in Charlestown, across the river from Boston, is the oldest commissioned ship in the United States Navy. It had been years since my last visit to the USS Constitution and it turns out that it was well worth it. The ship is an interesting stop by itself and then the USS Constitution museum provides even more history and background, plus it's all free to visit and tour.
