It is not the most technologically advanced phone or a phone with tons of features, but the GE 25836, 5.8 GHz cordless telephone does a decent job at offering good reception over a large distance, which is really what you want any cordless phone to do. The phone is very basic and offers a 5.8 GHz cordless capability, caller ID and caller ID memory, adjustable volume, call waiting (with caller ID), and a 10 number memory dialing capability. This all comes in a well styled packaged that doesn't look all that bad wherever you decide to put it in your home.
