“Wow” That was my first reaction as we came down the Waikoloa Beach Drive and turned into the Waikoloa Beach Marriott. As my Mom and I got out of the car and went in to check in, I thought to myself that this was going to be an enjoyable stay.
Now if you just considered my experiences, I really couldn’t find anything to complain or nitpick about, but my Mom did have trouble with her check-in at the hotel. There was also a problem with their room, but thankfully a helpful clerk was able to take care of all of it at the front desk and for the next four days, we really were in the middle of a Hawaiian paradise.
