I’ve never been a huge fan of green beans. Sure I’ll eat them, but I have other fresh vegetables that I’d prefer to have at home.
However when it comes to having freeze-dried vegetables in the great outdoors, I have to admit that the Cut Green Beans from Mountain House are pretty good. I don’t know what it is, but they seem to reconstitute well and they can be mixed in with almost any meal.
